After brief introductions, we'll digest any project details you can provide, then nail down the most impactful visualization strategy for your project.
Initial Deposit
Once you're happy with the visualization strategy and the initial 25% deposit is made, we will get straight to work on your project.
Access your project dashboard
We will provide you a centralized place to get project updates, provide feedback, make payments, and access deliverables anytime, anywhere. Invite colleagues as well!
Provide feedback & approval
We will regularly share progress on your project dashboard, where you and your colleagues can leave comments and engage in discussions with us whenever is most convenient.
Receive deliverables
Once you're happy with the results and final payment is made, your deliverables will be made accessible on your project dashboard for download.
FAQ
I have an RFP due in two weeks, what can you do for me?
We are comfortable delivering within a two week window. The Pursuit Essentials package is designed to give you a complete set of visualizations, even under a strict 2 week deadline.
Do you only work on pursuits?
Nope! We work on in progress jobs as well, providing on going visual communication support through out the project lifecycle. We offer a whole other set of deliverable options not advertised here. Book a call to learn more.
How does payment work?
Once we get an understanding of your project needs, we will give a fixed quote so you can easily manage your budget. A 25% deposit would be made before work starts, and the remaining 75% would be paid upon completion. If you have any concerns please reach out.
